The Darker Side of Downtown
This October we are lighting the lanterns to bring back our most disturbing haunted walking tour. Hosted at the historic Malaga Inn, Spirits of the Malaga includes dark history and mysterious tales from Mobile’s past. From the shadowy courtyard of the historic Malaga Inn, guests will follow their storyteller guide through Mobile streets and sidewalks for ten tales from the dark side of downtown. They will hear about The Curse of Tuscaloosa, Arsenic and the Heiress, the Creole Mistress, the Spirits of Campo Santos, and six other stories. Warning: This tour is not about jump scares and costumes. Nevertheless, some guests may find the stories disturbing.
