In 1920s Mobile, beer, wine and Liquor were illegal, but Mobile was still a wet and wild place. On this popular tour you’ll sip hand-crafted cocktails and hear about Mobile during Prohibition, when speakeasies and illicit booze were everywhere, and a conspiracy among local leaders kept the booze flowing with bootleg liquor. Eventually Federal agents brought the party to a grinding halt with the Whiskey Trials, with at least one convected felon later being elected to Congress! Prohibition was a social experiment that forced drinking underground and forever changed how we socialize today. Ticket includes 2 craft cocktails and a souvenir shot glass.
