This 2-hour nighttime walking tour, led by our own authentic pirate Davey Jones, takes you back to days of swashbuckling adventure. You’ll hear the secret history of piracy on the Gulf Coast and in Mobile Bay. Davey does get dry from all that talking, so he makes a beverage stop along the way. The tour includes Royal Street, Lower Dauphin Street, and more. Guests will hear about the history of Gulf Coast pirates, including documented raids in the 18th and 19th Centuries. We’ll start with the famous pirate and patriot Jean Lafitte, and include the stories of several other local pirates who raided ships in and around Mobile Bay.
